Derby blades are an excellent blade for newcomers to wet-shaving.  Derby blades are durable and sharp but not overly aggressive, which makes them suitable for those new to wet shaving or perhaps those that have sensitive skin.  The edges are made using stainless steel from Sweden that incorporates chromium, platinum, tungsten, and even ceramic for strength and durability.
